The latter is a collection held by the Minnesota Historical Society. It includes detailed records of anti-war activity consisting of Sixties underground and anti-war magazines, letters, trial transcripts, personal writings and pictures.

I received permission to appear as attorney-pro-se to argue my federal appeal. I was assisted by appellate lawyer, Charles Bisanz, Jr. United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit 459 F.2d 697 (1972). This appeal was partially published as, “Resistance as Sacrament” Cross Currents (XXI, #4, Fall 1971).
